Save Time and Buy Right

Whether you are looking to buy your first home, upgrade, downsize or invest in property I can help you. Moving out of the area – I can help you there too!

Whilst some enjoy the experience of trawling the various websites, spending numerous weekends going around open homes, bidding at auction with only the support of the vendor’s Agent (who is there to get the vendor the best possible price)…it can be easier and better to work with a neutral Agent.

Because I work for Barfoots I can sell you any property listed by any Barfoots Agents…that’s 1700 of them across Auckland!  Barfoots is also the leading Auction House for the Auckland region…so I am well equipped to assist you in buying at auction. As part of the Barfoots network, I can also help you negotiate with the Agent selling the property….and I am happy to also show you property outside of Barfoots and help you negotiate with that Agent. Barfoots have working arrangements with the majority of key Real Estate companies both in Auckland and across New Zealand.

This service is free of cost to you…try me…you will find I am different to many agents out there. I will work closely with you to understand your wants and needs and will not waste your time on viewing property that is not right for you.

Looking to buy…is now the right time?

A question often asked…and there are a number of factors to consider here. Its more than just where the market is trending, and what’s happening with interest rates…there are also personal factors to consider such as your financial stability; your other goals; relationship impacts; business needs and so forth.

Let’s catch up for a coffee and discuss it…

The best way to buy – auction or negotiation?

I have come across buyers who hate to buy by auction and would much prefer to put an offer on paper. Some also need to consider conditions such as subject to finance, or selling their own home. I also have other buyers who have purchased really good buys at auction, simply by turning up and being finance approved or cash buyers…others have managed to successfully negotiate a purchase after an auction passed in…by being there on auction day.

So the method of sale is not that important…it’s deciding if this is the property for you, at a price you can afford…I will be there to support you whatever the method of Sale.
